The Valiant 

Inspired by the dependable spirit of the early 1970s Chrysler Valiant, this blend is a smooth and flavourful coffee that balances bright fruit notes with rich, comforting sweetness. You’ll find lively hints of berries and stone fruit upfront, layered with creamy caramel and dark chocolate that round out each cup. It’s full-bodied but easy-drinking, finishing with a subtle nutty praline touch that keeps you coming back.

Coffee blends are seasonal because they use beans from around the world, each with its own harvest time. Like fruits, coffee cherries mature at different times depending on climate and altitude. Roasters blend the freshest beans from current harvests, so the blend changes throughout the year to keep flavours vibrant and balanced. Essentially, just like seasonal produce, the seasons influence the taste and quality of your coffee. That being said the main star of this blend consists of a fully washed Guatemalan from the Huehuetenango region whilst on backup we have a Costa Rican coffee from the Tarrazu region and the Brazil Natureza from the Mantiqueira region.
